It’s the little things in life…

Oh for a peaceful quiet household tonight.

It’s the little things in life that really matter.

I think to myself – as I eat my way through a pack of Tim Tam‘s.

No hysterical mid teens having a fashion crisis.

No terrified cat looking for a place to hide.

No  transport mishaps that involve me having to intervene.

Just a few pleasant text messages.

It’s all good.

Only music playing.

Digital ABC TV.

Lamps on only.

Writing.

Photography.

Timeout for me.

It’s the little things in life that really matter.
