Nobody can unwind in a home full of “stuff”.Fold that washing pile.Throw out those newspapers.Straighten those cushions and mats.Gather all the glasses and crockery lying about and stack the dishwasher.Turn it on even and do a load!Gather all the dirty washing in the house and put in the machine or laundry basket.Wipe over the kitchen benchtops and empty the rubbish bins.Open some windows up and air out the house.You get the picture?You’ll be so surprised at how much better you’ll feel.
Set a time limit of 30 mins and stay in the moment and do a stealth attack!

DISCONNECT
Yes – that’s right – disconnect.Turn off that mobile phone for two hours.OFF.Then turn off the TV/Radio.You heard me.Now disconnect from the Internet and turn of all computers.Breathe.Unwind.Now you have two free hours.Whatever are you going to do now?
-Take a hot bath.
-Start on that new book.
-Go for a walk.
-Meditate.
-Exercise.
-Bake a cake.
-Wash the dog.
-Garden.
-Listen to music.
-Talk to your children.
-Exercise at home.
-Have a glass of wine and reflect on life.
-Watch the sunset.
